Change Management Articles

This is our series of change management articles designed to introduce some of the essential ideas of change management, and some ideas to stretch how we currently think about change. Whilst change has become a common part of the language of business, it remains a complex and uncertain path to take.

Yet paradoxically though a whole industry may have developed to promote ever more complex models for change management, there is much that is natural about change too - nothing stays the same!

Managing change, though, is no easy task, how we think about change impacts how we define it, and subsequently how we then manage change.
For example, it would be short sighted to apply the same change management models and techniques simply because they worked for one kind of change to another change project which may have very different characteristics.
