Leadership Definition

Leadership definition could be interpreted as the simple meaning of a word. For example, leadership could be defined as the ability to lead - that is to guide, direct, influence or inspire.

However, one word explanations don't really do much to help us understand complex concepts, and leadership can certainly be defined as that!

A happy manager is a thinking manager but it’s far too easy to allow work pressures to control or narrow our thoughts.

Yet it’s often the fresh thinking that generates new ideas, leads to fruitful conversations, or results in better ways to work. These help us overcome the very pressures that stop us taking time out to think in the first place.
