    I am impressed with the tools and activities that assist the managers to assess their situation and ask questions about future direction and improvements – these are probably the most valuable part of the training products – adding acronyms and diagrams helps retention of concepts and concept awareness when moving results into the workplace.

    I will be using them for ‘Just In Time’ training in coaching and mentoring sessions where the concepts will mirror my suggestions to them and we can use some of the step-by-step tools to increase awareness and open minds.

    Overall, the products create a solid basis for staff development without being too ‘over the top in theory’ or including too many examples (which many international audiences cannot relate to personally!) A good blend of practicality and theory to help the audience focus on their own results.
